Termite Baiting Systems in Spring
Termite Treatment Starts with a Property Assessment
We provide Sentricon® Termite Monitoring Systems for Spring, Texas properties based on a detailed assessment of termite evidence and structural conditions. Greenforce Pest Solutions may recommend monitoring stations or a liquid barrier treatment according to the evidence, moisture conditions, construction features, and access around the building.
A termite baiting system uses stations placed in the soil around a structure to detect and address subterranean termites. We bring more than 35 years of combined industry experience to termite jobs and have protected properties across the Greater Houston Area since 2015. That regional experience matters in Spring, where invasive Formosan subterranean termites may be present alongside native species.
Schedule an assessment for a termite baiting system in Spring by calling (713) 257-8421. We can inspect the property and explain which approach fits the conditions found.
Choosing Between Bait Stations & Liquid Termiticide Barriers
Bait stations and liquid termiticide barriers work differently. We consider termite evidence, moisture-prone areas, construction details, and treatment access before recommending an approach.
Our 10-step inspection process examines areas where evidence or contributing conditions can be easy to miss. Depending on the property, our technicians inspect dark corners, storage areas, air ducts, wall voids, entry points, and structural wood before planning treatment.
Warning signs that warrant a professional termite inspection include:
- Mud tubes: Subterranean termites build narrow earthen pathways to travel between soil and wood while retaining moisture.
- Termite swarmers: Winged reproductive termites emerging indoors or close to the structure can indicate a nearby colony.
- Wood damage: Hollowed, blistered, or weakened wood may signal feeding below the visible surface.
- Active insects: Termites found around structural wood, wall voids, or moisture-damaged areas require proper identification.
Formosan termites and native subterranean species both pose serious risks to wooden structures in Texas. Correct identification and a property-specific inspection help us determine whether a monitoring system, liquid treatment, or another assessment-led strategy is appropriate.
Our technicians train weekly on Integrated Pest Management, which combines inspection, prevention, physical controls, and targeted product use. This continuing education helps us evaluate the conditions supporting an infestation rather than give every property an identical plan.

Our Termite Baiting System Process in Spring
Termite baiting begins with a property assessment, not station placement alone. We look for current evidence, possible entry points, moisture-prone areas, and conditions that may influence where subterranean termites travel or feed.
Inspection & Treatment Planning
We document the evidence and use it to select an appropriate treatment method. When a Sentricon® Termite Monitoring System fits the property, we position stations in the soil to support ongoing detection. If the findings favor a liquid termiticide barrier, we explain why that approach better matches the structure and access conditions.
Monitoring & Colony Control
We check monitoring stations after installation. When termites are discovered in a station, the system moves from detection to bait-based colony control. Service requirements vary according to the species, evidence found, station condition, and surrounding conditions, so we don’t assign a universal schedule without evaluating the system.
Service Documentation
Our customer portal provides service records and technician notes, giving property owners a documented account of completed visits. Customers can arrange termite service by calling our office during business hours.
We’re licensed and insured to perform pest control services. Texas requires structural pest control businesses working for hire to hold licensing through the Texas Department of Agriculture’s Structural Pest Control Service, which regulates this work.
